All teams must have a minimum of one futsal ball (soccer balls are not allowed). Teams that already have balls are welcome to purchase new balls -- but teams that do not have at least one ball must purchase accordingly.
You have two payment options: check or credit card.If paying by check, please make your check payable to "Massachusetts Futsal Association" and mail to:

Checks must be either a deposit of $300 per team or in the full amount of your registration (preferred). Please print the age group and name of the team/s in the memo line and be sure a phone number is on the check.
Credit card transactions occur on the second part of our registration, via the US Youth Futsal site. There is a fee of $22/team for the credit card processing. Team and player registration on the USYF/HTG site is required regardless of payment method.
Registration is not complete until payment clears.
After you click submit below, you will be redirected to the US Youth Futsal web site, where you must register your team and players for insurance purposes. Further instructions and information will be provided.
