The Massachusetts Futsal Association is dedicated to developing and expanding the game of futsal in Massachusetts and providing all players the opportunity to participate in leagues, academies and tournaments. We strive to achieve the highest level of professionalism, the highest quality officiating and the overall best experience for all participants.
The Massachusetts Futsal Association is a proud member of US Youth Futsal and US Adult Futsal (formerly Super F League), the United States Soccer Federation and the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). It is the oldest and largest futsal organization in New England and is fully sanctioned and approved by those associations.

Jason enters his seventh year as the director of the Massachusetts Futsal Association. He oversees all aspects of the program and has additionally been a futsal coach for 11 years and a futsal referee for nine years. He is the founder and head coach of Pink Ladies Futsal Club and has an unrivaled passion and love for futsal!
Jason is also an administrator and coach for the Mass Youth Soccer District Select Program and the varsity boys soccer coach at the Boston Latin School. His coaching resume also includes the Boston Breakers, Concord-Carlisle Youth Soccer, Sachems FC, Winchester High School, Nashoba Regional High School, Gann Academy, Mass Youth ODP, Lexington High School and Lexington Youth Soccer. In addition, Jason is co-chair of the Maccabi USA Youth Futsal Program.
Jason holds a USSF National C coaching license, a Masters in Education and a BA in journalism.

Jay is the Assistant Director of Massachusetts Futsal. He assists Jason Miller in the leadership of the program, handling various administrative, coaching and officiating tasks. As the associate head coach of Pink Ladies Futsal Club for the past six years, Jay's passion for the game has grown infinitely in just a short time. He is also one of only nine Massachusetts referees to have officiated at the national futsal championships.
Jay is the head coach of the Diamond Middle School girls varsity soccer team and an assistant coach in the Mass Youth Soccer District Select Program. He is the Lexington United Soccer Club boys U12 travel director and a former LUSC board member and coach. His other coaching experiences have been with Sachems FC, Beaver Country Day School and LUSC. A special education staff member at Lexington High School, Jay has a USSF National D license and a Masters in Education.

Soorena enters his fourth year as the program's Director of Officials. He is responsible for the recruitment, training and development of futsal referees. He is the only person from Massachusetts to have officiated at four national futsal championships and works closely with the United States Soccer Federation and the Massachusetts Referee Committee to ensure the best for Massachusetts' futsal officials. Soorena is also a US Soccer certified referee instructor and teaches most of the futsal courses in the Commonwealth.
The 2007 Adult Referee of the Year, Soorena enters his sixth year as a futsal official with the same exuberance of his first day on the job. In addition to his many officiating successes, Soorena coached the Brookline Warriors to the 2009 National Championship, becoming only the second coach in Massachusetts to ever win such a title. Also the boys junior varsity soccer coach at Boston Latin School, Soorena was selected to officiate the 2010 Super F Champions Cup U19 boys final. He additionally holds a USSF National D license.

Dick is the Youth Referee Coordinator for the Massachusetts Futsal Association. He serves as a mentor and counselor for many young futsal referees. A futsal referee for the last six years, Dick represented Massachusetts at the national championships in 2009 and 2011 and has become one of the very best officials in the state.
A referee and assignor for many years, Dick is a leader of the Jamaica Plain Youth Soccer program, Boston Area Youth Soccer and the proud father of former, current and future futsal referees Mark, Rose, Keith and Brad.

Chris is the association's club liaison. He works with local clubs and other programs to facilitate the growth of futsal in Massachusetts. A five-year futsal referee, Chris officiated at the 2009 United States Youth Soccer National Championships and the 2010 Super F Champions Cup.
Chris is an Illinois native and a graduate of the Berklee School of Music. He formerly coached in the Mass Youth Soccer District Select Program and holds a USSF E license.
Daniela handles many of the random tasks that cannot be categorized yet are vital to the organization's success. She is a problem solver who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner. A Spanish teacher at Burlington High School, she is a second-year coach with both Pink Ladies Futsal Club and the Boston Latin School girls soccer program. A technology expert, she resides in Woburn.
Haley, Bri and Laura are responsible for front desk and on-site administration at Park School and on occasion also at other sites. Laura assists with general administrative tasks during the week and is often in contact with the futsal community, especially via the admin email address. She is a senior at Lexington High School and the goalkeeper for Pink Ladies Futsal Club. Haley and Brianna are juniors, at Lexington High School and Boston Latin School respectively.
The MFA Advisory Board meets three or four times a year with the objective of helping the organization's leaders achieve excellence in all program areas. Comprised of coaches, players, parents and referees, the 12-member Board provides feedback and suggestions while also examining the development and growth of futsal in Massachusetts, regionally and nationally.
In 1998, Mike Resnicow of Newton founded InSoccer, singlehandedly mounting a grassroots effort to introduce the Commonwealth to futsal. The winter of 1999-2000 saw futsal's first formal league play in Massachusetts, at venues from Newburyport to Natick to Brookline to the South Coast. Sadly, Mike passed away not long after the amazing success of the inaugural futsal season.
After his death, Paul and Theresa Dupre acquired InSoccer from the Resnicow Family and quickly worked to continue Mike's dream. From 2000-2004 the Dupre family was responsible for the enormous growth of the sport in Massachusetts. They synthesized many aspects of the program into the strong program it is today are are greatly responsible for the success of futsal in the Commonwealth.
In 2005 the Dupre family hired Jason Miller to run the day-to-day operations of InSoccer and his role expanded ever since. In 2006 Jason adjusted the organization's name to Massachusetts Futsal, and at the conclusion of the 2009 season the Dupre family passed on InSoccer and Massachusetts Futsal to Jason, who has led the program since.
The 2010-11 season saw the use of a second facility, Fessenden School, on a full-time basis. Five courts were used all day every Saturday, highlighting the growth of futsal in Massachusetts. The first-ever women's division and formal co-ed divisions were instituted during Session Two.
For 2011-12 the Massachusetts Futsal Association opened a new facility in Lowell, Mass.
Massachusetts Futsal is part of US Youth Futsal and US Adult Futsal, headquartered in Overland Park, KS. The programs continue to grow as coaches, parents and most importantly players, fall in love with the world's best indoor soccer option.
