II. How many futsal balls would you like to purchase? Each team must have at least one; and please keep in mind that soccer balls are not allowed in our facilities. All matches will be played with a certified Super F match ball provided by the league. Thus, veteran teams that have balls are not required to purchase a new ball (but are certainly welcome to do so). New teams that do not have a ball must purchase a ball. *Volume discount: Order three or more balls and receive an additional $3 off per ball – so $22/ball.

 

III. All teams must have jerseys. If your team does not have jerseys, we can arrange these for you.

 

IV. All payment is currently completed by check. Please mail your check to: Massachusetts Futsal 849 Boston Post Rd. #8F Marlborough, MA 01752-3756 Checks should be payable to Massachusetts Futsal and be either a deposit of $300 or in the full amount of your registration. Please print the name of the team in the “memo” line and be sure a phone number is on the check. If you are purchasing balls, shirts or any other items at this time, that amount should be included.

Please note that upon completion of registration on this web site you will be taken to the Super F web site, where you will register your team and players for insurance purposes. Further instructions and information will be provided.
